Our Process – Designing and Building

1. Discovery: Through initial meetings with the customer, we determine the desired results and functional requirements to meet that result. A Scope of Work is then developed, and schedules with milestones are generated for review. Preliminary drawings and sketches are presented to determine if any constraints apply, whether they be physical interferences or schedule-driven issues.
2. Design: Once the end goal has been determined and preliminary plans approved, engineering puts the project in motion. With input from SAS for construction feasibility, drawings and specifications are generated for customer input and review.
3. Construction: Construction schedules are finalized, materials and equipment procured, and the project is handed off to SAS for the construction phase.
4. Completion: Throughout the construction phase the line of communication remains open. Customer feedback is ensured through frequent inspections and regularly scheduled meetings. Once the project has been successfully completed, a turnover package is transmitted to the customer, and the project is signed off.
